This draft privacy policy describes how The Legacy Epitaph collects, encrypts, stores, and releases personal data. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

1. What we store. Account details and the content you choose to archive stories, voice recordings, photographs, letters, and contributor tributes.

2. Encryption. Content is encrypted at rest and in transit. Sealed memorials remain inaccessible until the release conditions you set are met.

3. Export & portability. Your data is exportable and remains yours. We do not sell it.

4. Access. Memorials and portals are shared only with the people you choose.
