Terms of Service

These draft terms outline the agreement between you and The Legacy Epitaph for the use of the vault, portals, and memorial services. They have not yet been reviewed by counsel.

1. Your content. You own the stories, recordings, photographs, and letters you place in the vault. We store and deliver them on your instruction.

2. Sealing & release. Vaults are sealed and released only on the terms you set, including death-triggered and timed release, subject to identity verification.

3. Pricing. One-time pricing and optional add-ons are shown at checkout; optional add-ons never gate access to a memorial.
